фин., юр., амер. закон "О трастовом соглашении", 1939 г.* (федеральный закон, обязывающий эмитентов облигаций и других долговых инструментов раскрывать информацию об условиях эмиссии в письменном соглашении об эмиссии, заключаемом между эмитентом и держателем бумаги и одобряемом Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам; соглашение содержит такие условия, как срок, сумма, ставка процента, обеспечение, порядок погашения, обязательства эмитента; по данному закону эмитент назначает незаинтересованного попечителя, который наблюдает за выполнением соглашения и делает для держателей ценных бумаг доклады)
